====================================================== पिस्तौल की ऑनलाइन बुकिंग की प्रक्रिया Process of Online booking of pistol ====================================================== चरण 1 - यदि आप पहली बार पिस्तौल खरीदने जा रहे हैं तो आपको पहले नए उपयोगकर्ता के रूप में पंजीकरण करना होगा। आपका पैन नंबर आपकी लॉगिन आईडी होगी और पासवर्ड आपकी पसंद का है। सफल पंजीकरण के बाद आपको अपने पैन नंबर और पासवर्ड से लॉगिन करना होगा। इसके बाद आपको अपना पासवर्ड बदलने के लिए कहा जाएगा (यह पासवर्ड आपका अंतिम पासवर्ड होगा)। अगली बार जब भी आप अपनी प्रोफ़ाइल में लॉगिन करते हैं तो अपने पैन नंबर और अंतिम पासवर्ड का उपयोग करें। पंजीकृत करने के लिए यहां क्लिक करें । STEP 1 - If you are going to purchase pistol for the first time you have to register as new user first. Your PAN Number will be your login ID and Password is of your choice. After successful registration you need to login with your PAN Number and Password. After that you will be asked to change your password ( this password will be your final password). Next time whenever you login into your profile use your PAN Number and the final password. Click here to register. चरण 2 - पिस्तौल के आदेश देने से पहले आपको कम से कम 2 दिन पहले अपनी बुकिंग राशि जमा करनी होगी। भुगतान जमा करने के बारे में और जानने के लिए यहां क्लिक करें। ऑर्डर करने के लिए अपने पैन और अंतिम पासवर्ड के साथ अपनी प्रोफ़ाइल में लॉगिन करें और अपने दाएं तरफ " Place your order " शीर्षक पर क्लिक करें। आपको उस पृष्ठ पर रीडायरेक्ट किया जाएगा जहां आपको पूछे गए सभी विवरण भरना होगा। सभी क्षेत्रों की सफल प्रविष्टि के बाद आपको भुगतान पृष्ठ पर रीडायरेक्ट किया जाएगा जहां आपको एसबीआई कलेक्ट रेफरेंस नं। / एनईएफटी नंबर और आपके द्वारा जमा की गई सटीक बुकिंग राशि दर्ज करनी होगी। यदि आपकी भुगतान जानकारी हमारे साथ उपलब्ध है तो आपका पंजीकरण नंबर जेनरेट किया जाएगा। यदि आपकी भुगतान जानकारी हमारे साथ उपलब्ध नहीं है तो आपको एक कार्य दिवस के बाद पिस्टल खरीद के लिए पुनः आवेदन करने का अनुरोध किया जाता है। STEP 2 - If you want to receive pistol early you are also requested to deposit the full amount for purchase of pistol (Click here to know how to make payment). However, you can also book pistol by depositing minimum 25000. You must deposit your booking amount at least 2 days before placeing order for pistol . Click here To know more about depositing payments. To place your order login into your profile with your PAN and final password and click on the link titled - " Place your order " at your right side. You will be redirected to a page where you have to fill in all the details as asked. After successful entry of all the fields you will be redirected to the payment page where you have to enter the SBI Collect Reference No. / NEFT Number and the exact booking amount you have deposited. If your payment information is available with us your registration number will be generated. If your payment information is not available with us you are requested to reapply for pistol purchase after one working day. चरण 3 - पंजीकरण संख्या प्राप्त करने के बाद आपको अन्य दस्तावेजों के साथ (जैसा कि आवेदन पत्र में उल्लिखित है) स्वयं हस्ताक्षरित आवेदन पत्र भेजने की आवश्यकता है । एप्लिकेशन फॉर्म प्रिंट करने के लिए 'PRINT' शीर्षक वाले मेनू पर क्लिक करें और एप्लिकेशन फॉर्म का प्रिंट आउट लें। खाली कॉलम भरें और आवश्यक सुधार करें (यदि कोई है) इसे साइन करें और इसे "MARKETING CELL, GUN & SHELL FACTORY, COSSIPORE, KOLKATA - 700002 " पते पर अन्य दस्तावेजों (जैसा कि फॉर्म में उल्लिखित) के साथ भेजें। STEP 3 -After obtaining registration number you need to send self signed application form along with other documents ( as mentioned in the application form) . To print the application form click on the menu titled ' PRINT ' and take a print out of the application form. Fill the blank columns and make necessary corrections (if any) sign it and send it along with other documents ( as mentioned in the form ) to "MARKETING CELL, GUN & SHELL FACTORY, COSSIPORE, KOLKATA - 700002". चरण 4 - प्राप्ति और आपके दस्तावेज़ों के संतोषजनक सत्यापन के बाद आपका आदेश अनुमोदित हो जाएगा। अनुमोदन के बाद आपको कुल शेष राशि (यदि कोई हो) का भुगतान करना होगा। SBI Collect के माध्यम से भुगतान करने का सुझाव दिया जाता है हालांकि आप NEFT के माध्यम से भी भुगतान कर सकते हैं। पिस्टल की खरीद के लिए भुगतान कैसे करें, इसके बारे में और जानने के लिए यहां क्लिक करें। वैध SBI Collect Reference / NEFT नंबर की प्राप्त करने के बाद आपको हमारी वेबसाइट पर प्रवेश करने का अनुरोध किया जाता है। NEFT नंबर दर्ज करने के लिए आपको अपनी प्रोफ़ाइल में लॉगिन करने की आवश्यकता है | "Pay Online" शीर्षक वाले मेनू पर क्लिक करें और सटीक NEFT नंबर और राशि जो आपने किया है दर्ज करें। STEP 4 -After receipt and satisfactory verification of your documents your order will be approved. After approval you need to pay the total balance payment ( if any ) . It is suggested to make the payment through SBI Collect however you can also make payment through NEFT. Click here to know more about how to make payments for purchase of pistol. After recipt of valid NEFT Number you are requested to enter the same to our website. To enter NEFT Number you need to login to your profile. Click the menu titled " Pay Online" and enter the exact NEFT Number and amount as you have done. चरण 5 - पूरा भुगतान प्राप्त करने के बाद कॉल लेटर जारी किया जाएगा। अपने कॉल लेटर की तारीखों की जांच करें और रिपोर्टिंग तिथि पर फैक्ट्री को रिपोर्ट करें। आपको कॉल लेटर पर उल्लिखित सभी दस्तावेज लाने की जरूरत है। पिस्तौल के संग्रह के लिए कारखाने में आने से पहले "Pay Online" मेनू से जांच ले कि कोई शेष राशि का भुगतान करनी है या नहीं। । यदि कोई शेष राशि का भुगतान करनी है, तो कृपया चरण 4 में उल्लिखित प्रक्रिया का पालन करें। याद रखें, यदि आपका भुगतान पूरा नहीं हुआ और आप सभी वैध दस्तावेजों को नहीं लाएं है तो वैध कॉल लेटर जारी किए जाने के बावजूद आपको पिस्तौल नहीं दी जाएगी। आपसे अनुरोध है कि रिपोर्टिंग तिथि से पहले पिस्तौल के संग्रह के लिए कारखाने में ना आएं। STEP 5 -After receiving the full payment Call letter shall be issued. Check the dates on your call letter and report to factory on the reporting date. You need to bring all the documents mentioned on the call letter. It is also requested to check menu " Pay online " to check whether there is any remaining payment yet to be made before proceeding for collection of pistol. If there is any payment yet to be made please follow the same process as mentioned in STEP 4. Remember inspite of having valid call letter pistol will not be issued if your payment is not complete and you don't bring all the valid documents mentioned on the call letter . You are also requested not to come to factory for collection of pistol before the reporting date. ====================================================== पिस्तौल बुकिंग के लिए पात्रता की शर्तें - ELIGIBILITY CONDITIONS FOR BOOKING PISTOL ====================================================== 1. केवल भारतीय नागरिकों - INDIAN CITIZENS ONLY 2. पिस्तौल बेचान के साथ मान्य शस्त्र लाइसेंस - VALID ARMS LICENSE WITH PISTOL ENDORSEMENT 3. PAN कार्ड की धारक होना चाहिए - MUST HAVE A PAN CARD PAN ======================================================= आदेश रद्द करना ======================================================= आप किसी भी समय (यानी पिस्तौल जारी करने से पहले) "Cancel Order" शीर्षक वाले लिंक पर क्लिक करके और धनवापसी का दावा करके अपना ऑर्डर रद्द कर सकते हैं। रद्दीकरण शुल्क निम्नानुसार हैं: 1. कॉल पत्र जारी करने से पहले - Before issuing of call letter - ₹ 1000 /- लागू करों के साथ 2. कॉल पत्र जारी करने के बाद - After issuing of call letter - ₹ 2000 /- लागू करों के साथ You can cancel your order at any time you want (i.e. before invoice) by clicking the menu titled "Cancel order". Cancellation charges are as follows: 1. Before issuing of call letter - ₹ 1000 /- plus applicable taxes 2. After issuing of call letter - ₹ 2000 / - plus applicable taxes ===================================================== पिस्टल ग्राहकों को आवश्यक जानकारी - Necessary information to pistol customers ==================================================== 1. ग्राहकों से अनुरोध है कि वे नियमित रूप से अपनी प्रोफ़ाइल जांचें (सप्ताह में कम से कम एक बार और पिस्तौल के संग्रह के लिए आने से पहले)। मार्केटिंग सेल से जारी ऑर्डर स्थिति और प्रिंटिंग पत्राचार की जांच के लिए नियमित रूप से 'अपना ऑर्डर ट्रैक करें' और 'प्रिंट' नामक मेनू की जांच की जानी चाहिए। 2. ग्राहकों से अनुरोध है कि वे किसी भी अन्य तीसरे पक्ष को अपनी लॉगिन आईडी और पासवर्ड का खुलासा न करें और यदि संभव हो तो उन्हें महीने में एक बार अपना पासवर्ड बदलना चाहिए। 3. ग्राहकों से अनुरोध है कि वे टाउट्स से बचें और सभी गतिविधियों को अपने आप ले जाएं। उनसे अनुरोध किया जाता है कि वे किसी भी तरह के पैसे, अज्ञात व्यक्तियों को महत्वपूर्ण दस्तावेज न दें। 4. किसी भी प्रकार की सहायता के लिए ग्राहकों से निम्नलिखित टेलीफोन नंबरों पर मार्केटिंग सेल से संपर्क करने का अनुरोध किया जाता है: (033) 2557 5432, (033) 2557 9684 (एक्सटेंशन - 471) वे (033) - 255743 9 0 या फैक्स भी कर सकते हैं ईमेल - marketing.gsf@nic.in पर ईमेल करें ग्राहकों से अनुरोध है कि वे ऊपर वर्णित संख्याओं / आईडी के अलावा किसी भी नंबर / ईमेल आईडी पर कॉल न करें। 1. Customers are requested to check their profile on regular basis ( at least once a week and before coming for collection of pistol). The menus titled 'Track your order' and 'Print' should be checked on regular basis for checking order status and printing correspondences issued from marketing cell. 2. Customers are requested not to disclose their Login ID and password to any other third party and if possible they should change their password once a month. 3. Customers are requested to avoid touts and carry on all the activities on their own. They are also requested not to hand over any sorts of money, important documents to unknown persons. 4.
