| QUALITY OBJECTIVE | *. Monitoring of quality to ensure adherence to the laid down standards. *. Supply of products & services within delivery scheduled in consultation with customer. *. Continual process improvements thereby improving quality standards. *. Supply products & services at mutually agreed price *. Customer complaints will be settled withing 4 (four) months. *. To reduce RFR by 2.5% of previous year percentage. *. To maintain process capability i.e. CPK > 1 for critical identified processes |
